Technical Parameters

There are two main bonding methods for rubber lined pipes: hot vulcanization bonding and cold vulcanization bonding. Hot vulcanization bonding is controlled by high temperature, high pressure and certain stability of vulcanization storage tank. On the one hand, rubber vulcanization is achieved through external conditions; on the other hand, rubber and adhesive surface are strengthened by hot vulcanization bonding agent. The cold vulcanization bonding method is directly bonded to the rubber sheet by a special vulcanization adhesive.
