Product Features

1. The slurry pump’s wet-end parts can be cast from wear-resistant chromium alloy.

2. The bearing assembly adopts a cartridge cylindrical structure. The clearance between the impeller and front liner can be adjusted effortlessly, and the whole assembly can be entirely disassembled for overhaul. The bearing set adopts grease lubrication.

3. Three optional shaft sealing structures: packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.

4. The pump discharge outlet can be set at every 45° interval, with eight adjustable installation directions to adapt to diverse working conditions and layout requirements.

5. Multiple drive configurations are optional: V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive and variable frequency drive.

6. Wide performance range, excellent NPSH performance and high hydraulic efficiency. The pumps support multi-stage series connection to realize long-distance slurry transportation.
